Chapter 43

• Hayleigh’s head was pounding so bad she thought it would explode.
• It almost made her want to thrash all the books around her. It was a Saturday afternoon in the university library, though there were still several students around, probably studying for the midterms next week. Thankfully she no longer had that to worry about. Just her stupid thesis revision, which was due in two days.
• She’d gone back and forth through her notes and read countless material, but for the life of her she still couldn’t figure out how to translate and compute her data properly. It was the only thing left missing, which was a vital chunk of her paper that couldn’t be ignored.
