Chapter 19 A Fool Again

• It had been a long day and I went straight to the bathroom when I arrived home that evening.
• Stripping off my clothes, I turned on the water jets, ran myself a bath, and slid into the tub with a loud groan. For a moment, I closed my eyes and shut out the world, allowing the hydromassage jets to work their magic on my legs, back, and feet. This room was the smallest in the apartment, but all the same, it was my favorite. The white and sky-blue interior had a calming effect. I could stay lying in the deep freestanding whirlpool tub for hours.
