• Emery’s stomach started to growl but she could not bring herself to sip her tea or even take one single bite of the snack for her. Her curiosity about Lady Mica’s knowledge about the Arcana just worried her. Plus, she could not interpret what she had in mind because just like the king, she often wore an indifferent expression.
• Lady Mica, on the other hand, was a bit amused at the puzzled look of the queen. Setting her tea aside, she met her gaze and smiled.
