• Hands entwined, Bruno and I walked down the stairs. Bruno had kissed me in public right after tying the rope as if to seal the fact that we would be together forever. I felt the butterfly in my stomach jungle around at the thought of his lips on mine. I bit my lower lips as I walked behind him.
• “Where are we going?” I asked when I noticed we weren't walking in the direction of our car. He didn't turn but kept on walking. “I think we should spend a little more time before heading back,” he says. The city was bursting. Aside from the stars which spread like blankets on the sky, the City was illuminated by lights, some from cars, others leaking from the tall building on each side and some on the street poles.
