Chapter 2 Tessa Katz

• Huh…
• I nearly spurted from shock and stared at the beautiful young woman with my mouth agape. I thought I had misheard. What did she just say?
• What the heck? Are city people so open-minded that women offer their bodies to thank the men who rescued them?
• My thoughts were a mess, and I was completely dumbfounded. I did not know how to react.
• Most importantly, we were in the ladies' restroom. Is it alright to do it here?
• The young woman also seemed to realize the unsuitability of the place. She grabbed my hand, pushed open a cubicle door, and dragged me in. Then, she pulled me against her body.

• "Hello, sis…" The young woman's sister called her.
• "Where are you? Mom said you are going with me tonight. Why aren't you here yet?" The voice from the other end sounded dissatisfied.
• "I… I bumped into a friend… Ah…" The young woman yelped and turned to glare at me.
• I put on an innocent expression.
• "Tessa, are you okay? What's wrong?" The woman on the other end heard the noise and thought something had happened to her sister.
• "It's… It's nothing. I tripped just now, but I'm fine. I won't be going there tonight. Okay, I have to go. Bye." The young woman spoke quickly and hung up. Then, she turned to glare at me furiously and pinched my arm, causing me to clench my teeth. "You scoundrel. Why did you do that? Were you trying to embarrass me?"

• The young woman glared at me and grumbled, "Faster, I need to rush home."

• "You made my clothes dirty." The young woman complained softly.
• She smoothened her clothes. Her clothes were torn, but it was still good enough for her to go out wearing them.
• "Goodbye. We probably won't see each other ever again." After saying that, the young woman waved her hand and sneaked outside.
• "Hey, what's your name?" I called after the young woman and asked.
• Since we had sex, I wanted to at least know her name.
• The young woman stood still and hesitated before saying, "I'm Tessa Katz…"

• Tessa bit her lower lip and said, "What is it? Are you going to ask if we can continue to see each other? I'm sorry, but that's impossible. What happened tonight is only a one-night stand. We can never be together."

• The cold breeze blew, causing my body to shiver. In that instant, I finally realized the messy state of my clothes and the lipstick stain on them. Moreover, I was still in the ladies' restroom. I would be called a pervert if anyone saw me here.
• As I tidied up my clothes to head out, I suddenly noticed blood stains on them. These blood stains were not from me.

• I turned toward the voice and saw a tall and attractive woman in a suit waving at me from a window-side seat.

• The woman glanced at me and said calmly, "Come here. Yes, I'm calling you. My name is Thelma Katz."
• Thelma Katz? She has the same surname as the young woman from just now!
