Chapter 12 Defence Lines
- Let this lesson be taught!
- As those words were uttered, Thelma was filled with dread. She did anything in her power to break free from his grasp.
- Even as things seemed dire, Thelma was unwilling to yield her apology. In place, she continued threatening the man.
- "Reuben. Stop."
- "If you dare touch me, I will sue you in court. You will go to jail."
- "I won't..."
- To jail?
- D@mn it all. Things are already exposed to the light. Do you think I will be afraid of jail?
- Even if there was some miracle the judge favored a sentence without jail, I owe those loan sharks' money. I inherited nothing from my lowlife parents but their immense debt. Isn't my fate sealed for death? To hell with jail.
- Threats are nothing to a dead man walking.
- In fact, her threats are fuelling my desire.
- What a prideful beauty…I wonder if her pride stays intact once I claim her. Will she still cling to that ego?
- What becomes of her composure once I have her?
- The man seemed to succumb to his inner madness. He was now no longer the same man before.
- I grinned and held my body against her.
- Thelma screamed at his face. She could only move her face away. Reuben kissed her neck.
- He kissed her mouth greedily.
- I've become insane.
- Thelma tried to gain the upper hand. She refused to make a sound.
- She didn't want to yield to this madman.
- Thelma is a woman, after all. No matter how much she hates man, her instincts cannot be ignored. Her body will yield.
- Her body is very sensitive right now.
- Her pretty face has turned crimson.
- Her eyes were traced with confusion.
- ...
- Thelma let a moan through parted lips.
- Damn it...damn b@stard.
- "Tsk, tsk. Isn't it unbecoming to make such a seductive sound?" I looked at Thelma with a mocking expression.
- Under his gaze, Thelma was finding herself being undone.
- She truly made that feeble voice when being attacked by this man, which was not at all her.
- Thelma simply gave me a hateful look as I looked down at her in a condescending manner.
- She is not easy.
- So what?
- Thelma finally understood what I was trying to do with my actions.
- Her face took on a new level of dread, filled with horror.
- No, absolutely not.
- Thelma shook her head non-stop. She could not stop what this man was about to do. His right hand took hold of her thigh.
- Thelma immediately extended and compressed her legs tightly, almost reflexively.
- Thelma's legs obstructed my right hand.
- This is Thelma's last line of defense.
- She did not want to yield.
- It was Thelma's last little resistance. Thelma protected her honor with all her might.
- Simply said, I don't think this kind of opposition is worth highlighting because it seems useless.
