• Scott almost rolled his eyes after hearing Gordon’s reason for coming to the patrol team’s main base. If it weren’t for him being a Beta and Scott needing to set an example for the team to respect Gordon, he would have scolded him already.
• “It doesn’t seem like an urgent matter to discuss right now,” Scott said. “I’m in the middle of training the members. We can talk about it after I’m done.”
• “Sure,” Gordon replied with a half-smirk.
