• The next morning, Danna woke up feeling better. She got up from the skins she had slept in and settled into the space. During the night, she had heard the howls of the beasts nearby, but instead of fear, her heart was racing with curiosity. He wondered if her rescue by these creatures was linked to some purpose of the moon goddess.
