Chapter 31 Right Next To You

• "Look who decided to grace us with her presence," Rachel Fisher remarked as she walked into Hannah Morales's office. Pushing her glasses down to her nostrils, Hannah looked at her best friend through her lashes.
• "What do you want, Rachel?" murmured Hannah unenthusiastically. She looked at Rachel through her glasses momentarily before shifting her attention back to the file before her.
• "You know, for someone who spent the last five days getting laid, you're grumpy. Did Serenity not make you finish?" Cocooned Rachel. She pulled the empty chair opened Hannah and took a sit and folded her legs. Grabbing a file on Hannah's table, Rachel went through it briefly before deciding it wasn't worth her while and dropped it, then leaned forward on the chair and rested her hand on the desk.
