• Carlos’ Point of View:
• I was working full time in Scarlet Industries. It was a developing company that rose to fame in the last three years and was looking to expand. Even though I had originally wanted to start my own, I knew it wasn’t easy, I didn’t have enough time and I loved working more than I loved bossing people around.
• My boss was a nice fellow. He had been kind enough to let me visit Isabelle on Fridays for hours—even though his work ethic was strong and he’d make all of us work six days a week. In return for his nice efforts, I worked my ass off on work days and made sure he was satisfied with my work.
