Chapter 19 Getting Away

• Adhara sees the elegantly dressed people and is embarrassed. The old woman who had brought her, had not only confessed to her that she was immensely wealthy upon entering her as she called it 'old house' but, confirmed her wealth by giving her a period dress that could cost more than an entire neighborhood.
• So, she felt uncomfortable, her family was not poor, but, she clearly could not afford such luxuries. So, she wanted to take off the dress she had, before it did her a damage that would cost her a kidney.
