Chapter 14 Falling Into The Trap

• Carrier paced back and forth, calling her stepdaughter to find out if she was really going to go to the place where she had arranged everything. The trap was supposed to be set days ago, but Adhara had been busy looking for work while her lawyers took care of what her mother had left behind.
• So, she had missed the appointment with her stepmother and that, had caused Carrier to make a whole show where she even cried saying that she was doing her best to get him to forgive her and Adhara would not accept her apology.
