Chapter 17 An Animal at Heart

• Emily could see the storm on his face, and she had an ominous feeling about it.
• Corey ignored Emily. He pulled her away and went for Jetson. The look in Corey's eyes worried Jetson. He stared at Corey, a little nervous. "W-What do you want? There's a negotiation going on here. Why'd you barge into my room?"
• Corey said nothing. He grabbed Jetson's head and slammed it into the wall. Jetson screamed. Blood spurted from his forehead, and he fell to the ground. The guy curled up, shivering in fear. Corey did not stop, however. He kept kicking Jetson, and it didn't take long until the poor guy got into shock. He fell unconscious and stopped moving.
