• “Can you tell me about your new assignment?” I ask as I make myself comfortable on Kay’s chest, it is quiet for a while and I believe one of them is asking one of our Alphas for permission to tell me about this new assignment.
• “Dax has given his permission, he is hoping you might be able to help out. Our Scout wasn’t able to find anything on the Pack-member that is causing trouble. He said it is almost as if she vanished into thin air, the places the Alpha mentioned where she could be were a bust and he wonders if he had been telling the truth.” Mack says.
