• “Willy just hear them out and if you don’t like what they want to say then you can send them away. They came to me for assistance but as you can see I am not the one running the company and I don’t want to get involved in your affairs.”
• “I am warning them that there is nothing they can do to make me change my mind and furthermore I have no interest at all at what they have to say.”
• “Sir we came here personally to apologize for what we did, I know we caused you a lot of problems by colluding with the suppliers to buy substandard materials for the construction of the new hotel. However I don’t know what came over us, may be it was the devil and from the bottom of our hearts we want to beg for your forgiveness” the construction manager said.
