• I held her gaze for a second and realized she was up to something evil. "Don't be scared. I don't bite," she spoke in a friendly manner, but I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion. Nonetheless, I sat beside her and waited for her to finish speaking. "I heard you're the new personal maid to Alpha Ricardo?" she asked, and I threw her a suspicious gaze before nodding my head.
