• ''Shit, shit, shit.'' I yelled and stood to my feet. With panic, I picked up my purse and made my way to the door, but he was quick to stop me. ''Calm down.'' He urged me, ''Don't tell me to fucking…'' I paused and realized I was actually talking to an Alpha and should know how to control my tongue. Quickly, I took a deep breath to calm my nerves before speaking. ''You don't understand a thing, you don't really know a thing.'' I said and made my way to leave, but he held my wrist and stopped me. ''Calm down, I have everything under control.'' He assured me, while I just shook my head but didn't say a Word, only if he knew Ricardo.
• ''I'll take you home myself.'' He proposed, and I did not object to it. He left me by the door, went back to the table and picked up his car keys and phone. He opened the door for me and we both went out.
