Chapter 7 Too Little Too Late

• Cheyne knocked on Emilia Robinson’s door after finding her address. A Sigma wolf came along and checked on all the neighbors. It was so peaceful and quiet.
• “Dammit!” Cheyne cursed annoyingly. He could not smell any humans inside the house. He knew that the house owner must have left already. The Sigma, named Fabio Rodriguez, came from behind the house and shook his head. It means he could not find anyone. Cheyne gritted his teeth, then walked to the end of the yard.
• He looked at the sky and frowned. It was going to rain as the clouds started to get dark and gather.
