• "Change?" Gabriel took a glimpse at Cody. He was chewing his last chunk of burger when he took a glance at Gabriel, who smiled at him.
• "Champ, have you finished?" Cody nodded with a mouth full of bread. Gabriel smiled and nodded, too. Eva then turned to Cody, smiling at him, too.
• "Would you like to find Uncle Bryan and stay with him for a while? I need to talk to your mom." Gabriel politely asked for Cody's permission. It made Eva blush and then raise a smile. She also glanced back at Cody. Cody nodded understandingly and then stepped down from the bed to exit the room.
