• "I let you visit because she needs a father figure by her side, it's improper for us to let a child suffer for sins she knows nothing about," she agreed, there was really nothing else to hold on to to fight for---- if Chloe's happiness depended on having a father by herself, then she was ready to let them be.
• "Can I at least kiss her goodnight before leaving?" He questioned, scratching his head, Ava rejected at first but when she realized that she had to loosen up she reluctantly led him to her room... He crouched beside her bed and kissed her forehead.
