• The inner corners of her eyebrows slant upwards, pleading for his forgiveness. But he chooses to look away, ignoring her.
• ‘This is bad’, she thinks in guilt. Zed is a few steps away from her, following as he was ordered. He looks down on his fingers, still feeling her touch and the lighting that flickered. He smiles, as a surge of happiness has occupied his mind.
