• Early in the morning, they leave the small inn to continue their journey. No more talks were made as they both decided that it’s best for them to reach their destination, which is the north. Leona isn’t sure what they will find, but knows that they need to be ready.
• The road they take is dark but enough to pass undetected. They try to encounter as little of resistance as possible and avoid Asher’s forces as much as they can. The good thing is that closer they get to the north, the hardest it gets for Asher to find them. The people of the north are hard to conquer and their walls are tall, making it hard to approach. But that means Leona and Aryan will also face problems. But she counters on Aryan and his influence on the north.
• The journey seems exhausting, mostly playing hide and seek till they will reach their first and important stop; Aoran. Aryan told her that the people of that city are really welcoming, making it easy to ask for their help. Maybe they can get them to the north without having to deal with the lord himself and that’s where Aryan depends on.
