• Jack arrived there at midnight and approached Herb Mountain amidst the darkness.
• Lorrie knew that he would come; they didn't talk much when they met each other. She led him into Herb Mountain, walking along a narrow path to the mountainside five hundred yards away. She was familiar with their patrols, hence she avoided all of them without any difficulty.
