Chapter 24

• Jack returned to the warehouse. Feeling a little too tired to cultivate his martial arts, he sat under the tree in the yard and pondered about the challenge that was about to happen in a month. He had to admit that Zapier was a formidable opponent, for he was much stronger than the other ordinary seventh stage disciples. Besides, Zapier was under the First Elder, so he probably detested Jack. In fact, he might very likely vanquish Jack on the training field.
• Now that he was solid in the fifth stage, he'd probably be able to reach the peak of the fifth stage in a month. If he went all out, he might get a decent fight with Zapier. He wasn't certain if he would win, but at the very least, he was certain that he wouldn't lose.
• But the problem was that Jack didn't want to use the Great Yan Sword Mantra in the Blue Cloud Sect, at least not now.
