• " Ohh! My baby girl is in love! " Sara spoke up, noticing Mel's unusual glow. If she didn't know better, she would have thought Mel was always like that but the Melody she knew then kept to herself most times. She always had on this dull, unnatural look but ever since Brent came into her life, she seemed to glow and started opening up to the people around her. She knew Mel wouldn't agree with her if she pointed it out so she kept it to herself.
• Mel whined as they teased her without mercy, " Oh guys! I told you already that I'm not in love with Brent! I admit I like him and that's because he's a very likable person, he's smart, friendly, and all that. "
• Kelly winked, " And rich too? And handsome? "
