Chapter 26 What A News

• A month has gone by after the birthday party failure. Matteo and Rosa haven’t been meeting frequently. In fact Matthew has been avoiding her calls and he barely takes her calls nor go out to meet her. While I was having a nice rest in our room, Matteo’s phone rang continuously. Rosa was calling. I quickly picked his phone and I was about to pick the call when Matteo walked in and snatched the phone from my hand and caught the call. He was mad at me.
• “Don’t you, I repeat don’t you dare tried to pick any of my calls. You’ve got no right to do so.”
• “But it’s Rosa calling that’s why I wanted to pick the call and find out why she was calling .”
