Chapter 23 Another Busy Day

• After a long night with Matteo and the questioning and answer sessions, I was able to get some sleep. It was quite a long day for me. I never planned on killing anyone that day but I did.
• My morning was ruined with the sight of Rosa who arrived at Matteo’s house with some gift. I was having a nice cup of coffee when Rosa walked in, the little smile I had on my face disappeared. Claudia welcomed her in with a hug and offered her a seat. Rosa requested to meet Matteo. Claudia hurriedly left to get Matteo down.
• I sat quietly and watched the silly drama. Next few minutes, Claudia was running down the stairs dragging Matteo along. Rosa rushed over to Matteo and gave him a hug and a kiss on his cheeks and on his lips. She placed the gift box in his hand. It was quite a disgusting moment for me, what did I just witness. I stopped drinking and placed the coffee mug on the table, got up and approached them, clapping, startling everyone.
