Chapter 37 The Curse

• Nara looked at Gil in anguish, noticing how her golden glow slowly faded and was replaced by an ominous shadow. Her eyes filled with determination as she approached her daughter and examined her closely.
• "The curse affecting our Alpha is taking hold of Gil," Seraphim explained in a firm voice. "It is an ancestral curse that has been passed down through your link of halves, my Alpha. I feared this might happen, but I didn't expect it to be so soon."
