• I opened my eyes. The same time I heard all the audiences’ claps and glamour, delighted at the kiss Adler gave me. It was the end of the ceremony. The kiss that would solidify the marriage, and the same time, the last step that would make it effective and real. But that was the least of my concern. What I had in mind was the feeling of like.. a lose thread inside of me. Like something has been cut but I didn’t know exactly what.
