• Roxy nodded her head in agreement before finishing her glass, "Yes, just trying to steady my nerves," she chuckled, her laughter a bit louder than intended to mask her underlying nervousness. Placing the rolls in the oven and setting the timer to ensure they wouldn't burn, she suggested, "Let's sit in the living room while we wait," gesturing towards the loveseat. Pouring herself another glass, they both made their way to the loveseat and took their seats next to each other.
