Chapter 15 Preparation for charity events

• checked myself properly before exiting the restroom. I joined my family at our designated table as the event had begun already. I avoided looking at Jasmine even we were on the same table.
• The charity event went well and all the money made went straight to children's home in need of monetary help. I was glad to be a part of something noble because I knew I was helping to save a lot of little orphans.
• Immediately after the event, I didn't go home. I left my parents and others at the party. I needed to get drunk. I didn't understand what was going on with me and I just wanted to forget what happened during the event. I drove to a clubhouse, not Josh's. I didn't want to bother my friends with a minute issue I could easily solve myself with a drink.
