Chapter 44 Keep The Promise

• It was almost unbelievable when Ansell permitted me to stay with my parents. I better know to cross my lines and mess up with him because I was well aware of where all this would lead. I was sure that this time it would not be whom he would hurt; instead, he would go for my parents.
• The doctor discharged my father and I got the privilege to stay with them for a whole week and to my surprise, Ansell didn't bother me these days.
• Though I was worried about my father's health, these days I felt like I was living a life because I did not have to worry about Ansell all the time.
