Chapter 19 The trend

• Jack sat comfortably in the backseat of the uber as the driver drove through the streets of New York. He had arrived from Los Angeles by flight a few minutes ago and ordered an uber. He was going on a working visit to his hotel. It has been over three months since he had last visited.
• The uber parked inside the hotel and he stepped out. He walked inside through the big glass door and bumped into someone.
• “I' m so sorry.” He apologized but the man walked away, not sparing him a glance. He was dressed in a grey hoodie with big boots. His head was bent low as he walked out of the door.
