Chapter 13 Stalking him

• Today was Wednesday. He was seated in his office, behind his table, reviewing the partnership documents again. After they had rejected the initial agreement, he had gone back to review it and draft a new one. He had drafted a one-year partnership between the two companies to carry out a major project in which the profits were to be shared on a 65/35 basis. The partnership and equipment were funded by Jack's company, hence the higher profit margin and it was outrageous when they had demanded an equal share. He still had a meeting with Zack holdings CEO later in the day. His secretary had booked a meeting for twelve noon.
• He looked at his diamond watch on his wrist, it was barely thirty minutes past ten in the morning. The huge door length window of his office overlooked the beautiful busy street of the city. Traffic outside was at a minimum as people went about their activities. He relaxed in his chair, flexing his arm a bit to release the pressure of writing for a long time. The air conditioner was switched on, blowing cool air to ease the pressure in the office.
• He switched on his phone and went over to his call log, putting a call over to Harry. He picked at the second ring, making Jack place the phone back on his ears.
