• "Ahhhh!!!' I screamed in anger as I drove home, continuously hitting the steering wheel, and causing passersby to look at me like I was insane. I wasn't, but I was seething and brimming with so much anger that I didn't mind lashing out at the first person I came across.
• I was losing concentration as I drove, so I parked by the road. "This wasn't supposed to turn out this way," I growled as I stepped out of my car, and hit the tires continuously for about a minute.
