Chapter 17 Catastrophe

- The feeding room of my manor was dimly lit, just as I liked it. The red glow of the lights gave off an intimate ambience. There was a knee-high wide table in front of where I was seated, a couch. The table was made of gold marble.
- The thick concrete walls were soundproof. It was designed so as not to disturb the rest of the parts of the manor, if I had guests. It was seldom that I had visitors, though. I thought this was convenient once my innocent and beautiful wife was back in my life.
