• The witch's eyebrows went up. "That has nothing to do with you." Her voice was short, and it was clear she didn't want me to know. This made me angry because I thought I had a right to know what would happen to my wolf. But I didn't have much time left and had to get this cure back to Hunter.
• I narrowed my eyes because I thought she should give me a better answer than that. "Just tell me she'll be fine, will you?" I asked her because I wanted to make sure nothing bad would happen to her.
