Chapter 45 Defended By My Bully

• Daisy's POV
• It was time for our physical exercise class, I hated this class the most, I am already so slim, and I wonder why I am still doing the physical exercise anyway, it's not as if I am good at it, I thought about feigning to faint but that'll be too much, I had already come up with lots of excuses before, I don't think our Coach will believe me if I feign illness again, I sighed, I had no choice than to participate, the good side of it all is that Desiree is in my team but the bad aspect is that Celine is also in my team, from the corner of my eyes, I caught sight of Aires standing under a tree, the intensity of his gaze zapped through my veins even from the distance, I quickly snapped my gaze away.
• In a few weeks, he'll be graduating so no serious studies is going on, just idle away in school, I wish I am in his shoes, that I am the one graduating but on the other hand, I am glad that my bully will be out of the school and that will be the end of him bullying me, unconsciously, my gaze traveled again to where he was standing, his eyes were still boring into me, I almost squirmed under his stare, the whistle sound jotted my attention back to the field, that was the signal for us to start playing, all the time, I was conscious of Aires stare, I decided to sneak a peek look at him, without warning, Celine threw the ball at me, she wasn't supposed to pass it to me but she didn't really pass it either, she shot it at me and before I could do anything to defend myself, I felt the ball hit my face so hard, my eyes were momentarily blinded and without being told, I knew that the liquid coming out from my nose is blood, was it a figment of my imagination or did I really hear Aires screamed out my name? but that was the last thing that registered in my memory before I black out.
