Chapter 22 The Big Fight

Daisy's POV
I sighed immediately after I heard the bell for lunch break, I quickly stood up with my lunch bag, I was starving, I hadn't eaten the day before nor did I have any breakfast, and the thought of having to start living with Celine under the same roof in a few weeks from now is enough to make me lose appetite but mum was determined to go ahead with the wedding, she doesn't wanna listen to me, what do I matter to her anyways? She's fixated on getting married and of all the men she chose, it has to be Celine's dad, the thought of it always makes me wanna scream in frustration but as time goes by, I thought long and hard about it and decided that my mother can do whatever she wants, all I have to do is to study hard and if I do well enough, I just might be able to get into college sooner than I ought to, I will choose a college that is very far from home and once I gain admission, I will never show my face to my mother ever again.
I sighed, bringing out my lunch box from my lunch bag, I frowned, it was a pretty new lunch box, perhaps, mum is thinking that she would be able to buy my forgiveness by getting me a new lunch box, not gonna work, I opened the box and my mouth watered when I saw that she had also prepared my favorite meal, fried rice with salads and chicken wings,
