• I made my way towards the room I shared with Bernardo because I saw him get back on the helicopter and watched the helicopter leave again so I knew I would have the room to myself. It was past four am in the morning and I didn’t want to disturb my sister nor did I want her to see me crying.
• I closed the door behind me and dropped to the ground and let the tears flow. I felt sad and angry. We have been together for more than a month now and still, we couldn’t talk or disagree on something without fighting.
