Reluctantly, Katherine nodded, and Lucifer got down from the car, crossing to the other side and pulling the door open for her. She stepped out, gently raising her diamond-embedded red dress to keep it from dragging on the floor.
• The dainty necklace that rested on her neck complimented the dress perfectly, along with the dangle earrings.
