• “What’s—What’s going on? Why did the car stop?” Katherine said, noticing that the scenery through the window had stopped passing by in a random blur.
• She looked at Lucifer and he pressed a finger to his lip, signaling for her to be quiet. Any wrong move and they’d both be dead. Katherine was scared for her life, and she ducked, getting on the car floor, trying her best to avoid what was outside. He opened a small compartment in front of him, and pulled out a small handgun.
