Chapter 47 Inescapable Whispers
- Rebecca, from the quiet of her room, thinks carefully of Alfred. Reason firmly whispers to let him go, but irrationality prevents him from doing so. Those multiple whispers echo in his head. So, he doesn't end up making a very wise decision.
