ALEXA'S POV.
Currently seated in silence , l stared down at my phone for the umpteenth time but still l saw nothing . With the kids away , this was now my current situation . When Adrian left two nights ago , I texted him to let me know whether he got home safely but sadly he didn't respond to me .
I wasn't surprised though . I knew it that after Mark disrupting our dinner , l had a feeling that he would finally realize that what he was doing was wrong . He was sleeping with a married woman which was totally wrong . Though hurt ,I decided to give him space . That was two days ago and still l haven't heard anything about him .
