• I stood at the entrance of the hospital, quietly waiting for Roberta's appearance. The complex emotions in my heart kept surging. I forced myself to remain calm and looked around expressionlessly.
• When Roberta left Crescent Moon Pack, I wasn't surprised. But I also wasn't worried about what would happen at all. I knew she had nowhere to go. The shackles on her were more than she could imagine. She might run away, but she would eventually come back.
