• On the first day of my freedom, I decided to go out. The sunlight outside was blinding, and I had a hard time opening my eyes. The long absence of freedom made me feel strange, but I knew that every minute was precious. Despite my still weak body, I decided to try to raise funds for my wolf pack as soon as possible. The handcuffs had been removed, but the sense of restraint in my heart was still heavy.
• I went straight to my room, which was a private room just for me. Marcus had never cared about my life at home. I opened my computer and tried to check my account balance through online banking. When I entered my password, a cold and impersonal message appeared on the screen: "Account has been frozen." The sense of unease in my heart instantly grew, and I immediately realized that this must have been Marcus's doing. He not only imprisoned me, but also cut off all my economic ties to the outside world.
