Chapter 4

  • Claire was just staring at the ceiling, thinking of how to get rid of Alastair and how she could get out of the place where Alastair took her. But no matter how she tried, she really couldn't think of anything.
  • She needs to think of a plan. She needs to escape from him!
  • After a few minutes of thinking about how to escape from Alastair, she decided to get dressed as Alastair has told her.
  • She slowly stood up with her legs shaking and went to the cabinet. She couldn't help but wince every time she takes a step. Apart from the fact that her vagina is painful, she also feels so sticky.
  • "Wouldn't he even let me take a bath?" She said disgustingly while frowning. "I am going to ask that asshole later." She said as she opened the cabinet and chose the clothes that she would wear.
  • Fortunately, she was able to find clothes that were decent enough. She thought she would only find obscene clothes inside the cabinet.
  • In the end, she chose to wear a simple t-shirt and jogging pants.
  • After she got dressed, she looked at her reflection in the mirror.
  • Except for her swollen lips due to Alastair's violent kisses on her, she looks good enough, as if she wasn't fucked roughly by her abductor.
  • You like that too. You're moaning, aren't you? The other part of her mind says,
  • She sighed.
  • Fuck! Did she like it? She must admit that she felt an incredible tickle and that she somehow felt good but it is also possible that she was just carried away by lust.
  • "But isn't that the same? Does that mean I like it?" She asked herself.
  • Ah, she doesn't know what is happening to her anymore. She will admit that she was affected by what Alastair did to her but she already has a girlfriend. She loves Ruby and she can't afford to hurt her.
  • What face would she make once Ruby finds out that a man had claimed her body? And the worst thing is, her supposed fiance is the one who took her virginity. It will hurt her a lot.
  • The two parts of her brain were still arguing when the door of the room suddenly opened and she saw Alastair.
  • She turned her gaze to Alastair and there she saw him, only wearing his boxers, looking at her with emotion in his eyes that she could not name or she just really did not want to name it.
  • She did not like the emotion she saw in its eyes so she looked back in the mirror and fixed the hair that was covering her face.
  • She felt him entering the room and even if she was not looking at him, she could still feel his presence. She knew he was approaching her. Until she felt him behind her. And then she saw him through the mirror, looking at her intently with the same emotion that she had seen in his eyes seconds before. He's looking at her as if he is seeing her soul and she doesn't like it.
  • And she doesn't know why but she started feeling that again. That feeling as if her body is heating up.
  • Oh, God! Am I feeling lust towards this man? Again? No! It's not like that. That is not the case. No, this is not lust. I am just nervous or angry. But fuck! Why do I feel hot now that I know that he's just behind me wearing only his boxers?
  • Those are the questions that are running inside her head.
  • And before she could restrain herself, she had already stared at Alastair's bare chest, down to his abdomen down to that bulging monster between his thighs.
  • Don't tell me he's having a boner!
  • She quickly regained her sight on his face and there she saw him grinning from ear to ear and she already knew what was running through his mind.
  • Her cheeks turned red.
  • How many times has she been embarrassed by this man?
  • The words that are coming out of her mouth are different from how her body reacts and no, this is not her. She's not like this. She was not like this before.
  • What is going on with her? What did Alastair do to her? Did he cast a spell on her or something? Alastair is not good for her. He is turning her into someone that she doesn't want her to be. The way she's acting right now is not her. She feels like she is a different person and she does not like that. She has to bring back her old self. She needs to bring back Claire that she was before Alastair kidnapped her.
  • When she's done fixing herself, she immediately turned her gaze to Alastair who was still behind her and still grinning.
  • With an unamused look on her face, she asked, "What are you grinning at?"
  • Its grin widened. "Nothing. It's just that I saw you staring at my body, especially at my now, hard cock so I can't help but grin. And oh, you look so cute when you're blushing, sweetheart." He said.
  • And how she wanted to rip off his lips so that she could no longer see his annoying grin.
  • "Me? Blushing?" She said then burst out laughing. "You are just hallucinating, Mr.Beckre. Why would I even blush? Because of you? You might have forgotten what I am, Mr.Beckre. I am a lesbian. And I have a girlfriend and I love her. And no matter how many times you claim my body, that still wouldn't change the fact that my heart, my body, and my soul belongs to somebody else. So whatever you are planning, you should stop it already. Because even if you get my body, you will never get my heart.'' She said without blinking and without taking her eyes off him.
  • Its grin disappeared and was replaced by a serious expression. "I'm the type of person who doesn't give up right away, Claire. If I wanted someone, I'll always get it and you won't be an exemption to that. I'll make sure you will be mine, not just your body, but your whole being." He said.
  • She can feel the confidence in his voice causing her to laugh again. "You sound so confident. Do you think that I will allow myself to be claimed by you? After everything that you've done to me? Do you think I will allow myself to fall for a demon like you? Tell me, Mr.Beckre, what is your real motive? Why do you want to marry me? Why do you want me so much? Is it because of my parents? Did my father ask you to do this? Or maybe for your company. Is it for the money? " She smiled bitterly. "Is money that important to you for you to do this? Is money that valuable to you that you are willing to commit a crime? Is money that important to my parents for them to force me into something I don't like? Are all of you that greedy for money?" She shouted angrily.
  • She can't control the pain and anger that she's feeling. She's hurt. She is in pain. She's broken.
  • She saw the expression of sadness and bitterness on Alastair's face. But that was only for a moment because it was immediately replaced by a serious expression.
  • "You don't know anything, Claire so don't judge me. You don't know anything so stop accusing me." He then turned his back on her. "Come out when you're done grooming yourself." He said before he finally left the room.
  • She was speechless for a moment.
  • Alastair, somehow, looked hurt.
  • "Hurt? After everything that he did to me? He has no right to get hurt." She said then she shook her head with a bitter smile on her lips.
  • Claire immediately saw the living room when she got out of the bedroom. She looked around and Alastair is nowhere to be seen.
  • "Where is that asshole? Oh well, wherever he is, I hope he stays there and never comes back." She whispered.
  • She walked slowly and steadily. She remembered him saying that they were going to have breakfast so she searched for the dining room. And as she searched the dining room, she could not help but pay attention to the house.
  • The house is not that big but the interior design of the house looked amazing and expensive. The house screams money. A lot of money. And since the house was not that big, she was able to quickly find the dining room where she saw a small table with a lot of food served in it.
  • She approached the table. Foods seem to have not been touched, an indication that Alastair has not eaten yet.
  • She looked around the kitchen. Alastair still is nowhere to be seen. When she looked again at the food on the table, her stomach suddenly made a sound. She's really hungry.
  • So she immediately pulled up a chair and sat there and started to eat. She will eat and fill her furious stomach.
  • There is bacon, fried rice and egg served on the table. There is also coffee but it is not hot anymore.
  • After she ate, she washed the dishes, went to the living room, and sat on a single couch. She wants to rest to reduce the pain she feels all over her body, especially in her womanhood.
  • She looked around the living room of the house. Again, she was mesmerized by how amazing the interior design of the house is. Even the things around the house look expensive. The sofas, for example. Even the tables, the vases, especially the paintings that are hung on the walls are sure to be expensive.
  • But she stopped looking around the house when her eyes settled on a door.
  • She was sure that that door was the door out of the house.
  • Hope arose in her heart. She may have a chance to escape from Alastair!
  • She looked around the house again. Still, no traces of Alastair. This is her chance!
  • So without hesitation, she went to the closed door. And even though her body is still hurting, she didn't mind it. When she reached the door, which she was thankful was unlocked, she quickly opened it. But as soon as she opened the door, she lost all the hope that she felt.
  • She smiled bitterly.
  • Alastair made sure to take her to a place where she could not easily escape.
  • Wondering where he brought her? On an island. On an island, she did not know where.
  • "Ahh! Fuck you, Alastair!" She shouted in frustration and just sat down.
  • She could not count how many times she took a deep breath to calm herself. And when she thought that she was calm enough, she stood up.
  • She will just rest, after all, it looks like escaping won't be easy. She would just think of another way for her to escape.
  • If she has to beg over and over again or even be his slave, she will do it. She'll do anything just to get away from him.
  • But when the cold breeze suddenly blew on her face, she couldn't help but look at the sea.
  • The sea looked so calm, peaceful, and inviting. Like it's inviting her.
  • She sighed again.
  • She's starting to get depressed because of what is happening to her. And it looks like the sea can ease her worries.
  • So she decided to finally get out of the house. She walked around on the white sand barefoot. She is enjoying herself, feeling her feet in the sand. She also looked around the sea, hoping she could see at least one boat but unfortunately, she didn't see anything.
  • She still hasn't seen Alastair.
  • Where is that asshole?
  • She has already reached too far but there are still no signs of Alastair.
  • She was still walking when she saw the bulk of someone, sitting in the shade of a coconut tree and facing the sea.
  • She walked closer to the man. And when she was just a few feet away from the man, she was already able to recognize who it was.
  • It's Alastair.
  • She slowly approached him, making sure that she was not creating any noise. And she did not know if she had succeeded in not making any noise because he still did not notice her, or if he was just really thinking deeply, that he did not notice that she was approaching. And since Alastair still didn't notice her, she had a chance to stare at his face.
  • Only now did she notice that Alastair is one hell of a good-looking man.
  • Thick eyebrows, long lashes, sharp nose, and pink lips. But what makes him attractive is his chiseled jawline which could catch a lot of women's attention. He is a gorgeous man so she wonders why he agreed to marry her. She is sure that he can get any woman he wants. So why is he still bothering her?
  • She just shook her head with her questions. As if she could answer her questions.
  • When Alastair still did not notice her, she started making a fake cough, causing her to get its attention.
  • And that's when Alastair finally turned his attention to her. She saw that he was a little surprised to see her just next to him.
  • "How long have you been there?" He asked after he recovered from his shock.
  • She first sat down next to him then she answered him. "A little while ago but you did not notice me. You seem to be thinking deeply about something. Did you already regret what you did to me? Are you thinking of letting me go?" She asked back without looking at him.
  • The truth is that she wanted to slap him, curse him and throw insults at him but she's still tired, not only her body but also her brain so she chose to just calm down for now.
  • She got no answer from him.
  • She sighed. "You did not eat." She said after a few minutes of silence enveloping them.
  • "Why? Are you disappointed that we didn't eat together?" He said mischievously as he looked at her with a grin on his face.
  • "Yeah right." She answered and Alastair just laughed.
  • After that, they both fell silent. Their eyes were fixed on the sea.
  • Claire could hear the noise made by the waves every time it hit the shore. Even the chirping of birds, she could hear because of the very quiet surroundings.
  • The island is a paradise. These are the places she likes. Quiet, peaceful, a place that doesn't create a lot of noise, and is not messy. Relaxing.
  • In the meantime, she wanted to forget that she's mad at the man next to her.
  • She was just enjoying the view and the silence when Alastair suddenly spoke which slightly surprised her.
  • "Claire, I know you are very angry with me or maybe, you already hate me." He started. "I'm sorry If I did those things to you. I'm sorry if I force myself on you. I'm sorry for hurting you. I know a simple sorry won't be enough but that's the only word I can say." He continued. Claire did not speak and she just listened to him. But when she felt its hand on her hand, that's when she turned to him. And there she saw him, looking at her with eyes full of guilt. "I know you can't forgive me and it's too much if I ask you for a favor. But this is the only way I know so I can make you feel how I feel." Alastair said. She could feel the sincerity in its voice. She remained silent and waited for what he would say next. Alastair took a deep breath and then continued what he wanted to say. "Can we stay on this island for a month?" He asked with hope written all over his face.
  • "Why?" That was all she could say.
  • She did not know what else to say. Just looking at his face that is full of hope makes her speechless. The man affects her and she can no longer deny that.
  • "Because I wanted you to know what I feel for you. I wanted you to feel the feeling that I am feeling towards you, Claire. Just for a month, let me show you how I feel for you. Let me show you what my real intention is in agreeing to this marriage. Just for a month, Claire. Just a month. And if you still do not want to marry me, I promise, I will take you home and I will let you go and that I will not disturb you anymore. Just give me a chance, Claire." Alastair said as he cupped her face.
  • She sees many emotions in its eyes but there is an emotion that dominates her. The emotion she sees every time she sees Ruby.
  • Love.
  • He is looking at her as if he loves her and that she is the only girl that he wanted to be with for the rest of his life.
  • She did not know but her heartbeat suddenly quickened because of how he looked at her. And for no apparent reason, she just nodded, saying that she's agreeing to it.
  • Joy flashed on Alastair's face after hearing her response as if he couldn't believe that she had agreed to its request.
  • "R-really?" He asked.
  • She sighed. "Yes. But just one month, Alastair. One month. And if my desire of not marrying you still does not change, you will take me home and you will not bother me anymore." She answered with a serious face.
  • This could be a chance for her to finally get away from him. If she just behaves and does whatever he wants, she can leave this island and get away from him.
  • Alastair nodded while still carving a smile on his lips. "One more thing, Claire." He said after a few seconds.
  • "What is it again?" She asked in an annoyed tone as she stared at him but Alastair just laughed at her.
  • "No. This will be the last." He said while laughing.
  • She rolled her eyes. "Fine. What is it?"
  • "While we're here, please...don't hold back, Claire. Whatever you want to do, do it. Follow what your body wants as well as your heart." He said with a sweet smile on his lips.
  • And for some reason, she smiled too.
  • Maybe that's what she should do.
  • Just a month. And she was sure that after a month, she would still choose Ruby. And after that, she can go home and he won't bother her anymore.
  • Thinking about those things makes her feel excited.
  • Oh, how she wanted to go home and see Ruby.
  • She can't help but smile while thinking of Ruby's beautiful face. But when she looked at Alastair, her heartbeat suddenly quickened again.
  • Good heavens! It looks like she won't be able to follow Alastair's last words.
  • How can she follow her heart when what it implies is already frightening.
