Chapter 30 Beachside Confessions

• "When was your first time?" He inquires, just before taking a sip to settle the score for shutting down my previous question regarding how he and Kalix met.
• Max and I had only left downtown by 10:00 pm, and neither of us felt like calling it a night just yet. We swung by my dorm for me to change out of my dress and then headed to Goleta Beach Park. Max had some liquor stashed in his car's trunk, so we've been playing Twenty-one Questions ever since we got here.
