• "Excuse me, can you scoot over? You're blocking the aisle." Glenda calls out to the woman as she's parked her cart sideways, blocking the passageway, and they stop patiently for her to acknowledge them.
• She turns and gives them an up and down snooty frown as though they're the inconvenience, and Sophia freezes. Faced with this individual once more.
