Chapter 100 "In The Worst Place At The Best Time"
- Cathaysa.
- These lightning trips to Edinburgh left me exhausted. I had already arranged two interviews with two businessmen for today, at different times. But even so, after the flight, going to the hotel, calling Abigail to have all the paperwork ready, making a call home so my father would know I had arrived safely, and enduring the mockery of my brothers, who were in a meeting with him. My father would tell them that he would disinherit them if they continued to mess with his princess, as always. All of this was wearing me out.
- I went to my first appointment, after which I ate something and now I was heading to the second one. The last time Mary and I got drunk, back in boarding school, it was with that demonic liquor. I hated it the next day because of how sick I felt, and also because the punishment we received was not at all merciful in helping to fight the hangover.
